Morela is proud to be supporting our customer in the search for an Operations Support professional to play a key role in their internal Recruitment Management function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and shape how their people, processes, and recruitment ecosystem evolve over the next year. (Must have an active SC or DV Clearance)

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high‑impact operations team, working closely with leadership to ensure recruitment operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role will allow you to build structure, drive optimisation, and contribute to meaningful organisational change.

12‑Month Contract (Inside IR35)

£380 – £400 per day (DOE)

London / Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Operations & Pipeline Management
  • Act as the central liaison between external suppliers, recruitment partners, and candidates to maintain seamless operational flow.
  • Review, triage, and process candidate submissions to maintain a strong and well‑managed recruitment pipeline.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate progression, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
Process Optimisation & Operational Excellence
  • Use existing tools and systems to oversee and refine recruitment workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate processes and propose enhancements using data and best practices.
  • Support ongoing operational improvements across areas such as timesheets, invoicing, document control, and policy management.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
  • Coordinate hiring roundtables with senior leadership to support decision‑making and candidate selection.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional communication, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Onboarding, Security & Compliance
  • Manage onboarding logistics, from induction scheduling to documentation alignment.
  • Oversee personnel clearances and clearance transfers in line with security protocols.
  • Maintain adherence to the Quality Management System and ISO standards, supporting audits and continuous process improvement.
General Operational Support
  • Support supplier relationships, office administration, and operational coordination to ensure the organisation remains well‑structured and delivery‑ready.
About You
  • Recruitment or operations experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Highly proactive and comfortable owning tasks in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable solving problems, improving systems, and bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Tech‑curious, detail‑driven, and motivated to contribute to a purpose‑led, growing organisation.
  • Experience in recruitment operations, business operations, or consultancy is useful but not mandatory.
