A leading training provider is seeking an Operations Support Officer to ensure seamless delivery of learner events, primarily for their Masterclass programme. This role involves managing technical aspects of online events and supporting operational processes. Ideal candidates will possess advanced knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills. The position is remote and offers a competitive salary.

As an Operations Support Officer (Learner Events), you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of Corndel's learner-facing events. Your primary focus will be on Corndel's flagship Masterclass programme, delivered in partnership with Imperial College London. You will also provide flexible support across other learning events and operational processes as needed.
This is a varied role that blends technical event production with operational support, requiring advanced knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be key to delivering outstanding learner experiences, maintaining accurate operational records, and driving continuous improvement across the team.
