Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an innovative manufacturing business, to recruit for an Operations Support Manager. This is a permanent role with clear opportunities for growth and progression. The business invests significantly in its production facilities and the team. Having worked within a niche and interesting area for many years, the business is a market‑leader within their sector and boasts an exceptional team.

The role of Operations Support Manager is a permanent role, supporting the overall Operations Manager to coordinate the production process and ensure the timely management of processes and materials. You will manage the administration process and the administration team to fulfil business objectives. The role will be focused on process improvement and utilising technology to best facilitate success across the entire business.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Customer and Planning Operations
  • Systems and Process Excellence
  • Supply Chain Management

The successful candidate will come from an operations/production/supply chain background and be competent using Sage/ERP/MRP. You will have strong administrative skills and be a competent people manager. The successful candidate will possess an excellent attitude and be interested in forging a long‑term career.

The package for this role contains a salary of £36K-£40K per annum with an early finish on a Friday! Full details can be discussed upon interview.
