A leading collectibles company in Ruislip seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage an authentication team ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of managerial experience in collectibles or related fields, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Position: Operations Supervisor – Collectibles
Location: Ruislip, Middlesex, UK
Reports To: Manager, eBay
Employment Type: Full‑time (Contracted Position through an Employer of Record)
Compensation: £42,000 per annum. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors including location, job level, experience and skill set. The role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions or other forms of compensation – please ask your recruiter for details.
The Operations Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for managing staff and ensuring all team members are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. The core purpose is to build and lead a high‑performing authentication team that consistently delivers accurate authentication results while creating an environment where team members develop their expertise and take pride in getting it right for every collector.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports and TCG), be an expert in collectors authentication and grading standards, and will add experience and depth to our authentication team through both their expertise in the content and their training and leadership skills.
In this role you will champion Collector Obsession by ensuring every item receives the attention and accuracy it deserves, understanding that our customers trust us with their most prized possessions.
This role primarily operates within a warehouse environment which may include adjacent office spaces.
Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Fast‑paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requires leadership presence on the operations floor and close collaboration with team members.
