Role Summary

This role involves leading and supervising operational staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, assisting with hiring and scheduling, providing training and development, and managing administrative duties such as budget monitoring and report generation. The successful candidate will also serve as a technical reference for the team.
