As an Operations Supervisor based in Plymouth, you’ll be responsible for:

• Support the Branch Manager with daily operational activities, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee the warehouse and yard to ensure safe, compliant handling and storage of materials.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop branch staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
• Assist with invoicing and account queries and contribute to business planning activities.
• Maintaining fleet of vehicles.
• Ensuring all picking/loading of deliveries is done in a timely manner.
• Forklift training provided.

This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00‑17:00. No weekend working.
