Key Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: Drive shift performance across key KPIs—quality, volume, efficiency, and safety.
• Champion safety and process adherence: Maintain the highest standards while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Own improvements: Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Coach and develop your team: Support operatives through regular feedback, one‑to‑ones, and performance management.
• Communicate effectively: Ensure the team is aligned on goals, updates, and shift plans through regular briefings.
• Manage the flow: Oversee intra‑shift operations, resolve disruptions, and allocate resources smartly.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work with internal teams—HR, L&D, Health & Safety, eComm, Retail, and more to meet and exceed targets.

Key Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in warehousing operations (D2C preferred).
• 1+ year’s experience leading and developing teams in a warehouse setting.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS systems and process‑level change.
• Proven ability to foster a safety‑first culture and drive high standards.
• Hands‑on experience with holiday approvals, absence management, and disciplinary processes.
