Job description

As Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role supporting the Facilities Manager and leading the Support Crew. You'll ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. You'll be a role model for the team, creating a welcoming, organised, and well-maintained environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the Housekeeping Team to maintain high morale and productivity
• Oversee general maintenance tasks, including fixing machinery and completing minor decorative repairs
• Conduct regular cabin checks to ensure everything is in good working order and address guest-raised issues promptly
• Respond to and resolve maintenance concerns, including appliance issues and heating/hot water problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance challenges as they arise, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
