Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers.
• Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently.
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets.
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives.
• Ensuring your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment (desirable).
• Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach.

• Excellent communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to £34,464.96 per annum.

Additional Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

40 hours per week (NIGHT SHIFT – 8.5 hours between 21:00 and 10:00) with a 30 minute unpaid daily break.
