A leading global snacks and beverages company in the UK is seeking an Operations Shift Lead to manage daily operations, ensuring effective process application and team performance. As an Operations Shift Lead, you will oversee daily shift operations, ensuring the effective application of Lean QCDM processes. You will be the key point of contact for all stakeholders and direct reports, driving alignment and delivering on shift performance goals. You will be responsible for managing all people related issues on shift as well as identifying opportunities for future improvement to shift performance. You will also be a designated senior manager for the business (including Warehouse) outside of office hours (Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 17:00) by providing the leadership and decision, this also includes being an Incident Controller on site during emergency situations.
