Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking an Operations & Procurement Manager to lead operations, procurement, logistics and warehouse activities in Hampshire. The role requires strong commercial judgement and experience across production, supply chain or related fields.

You will manage supplier relationships, stock control and international shipments, with a focus on cost optimisation, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are considered.

Qualifications

• Relevant operations, procurement, production or logistics experience.
• Strong commercial judgement and practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation across multiple operational priorities.
• Strong IT, spreadsheet and reporting capabilities.
• Stock management or logistics systems experience desirable.
• Experience in interiors, fashion, luxury goods or similar environment advantageous; able to build relationships with suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, procurement, logistics and warehouse activities.
• Optimise cost, quality, forecasting and purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers, couriers and shipping partners.
• Oversee stock control and UK/international shipments.
• Manage warehouse team performance and operational processes.
• Develop logistics routes with sales teams and maintain costing information, FF&E control and aftercare documentation.
