• Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Familiarity with lean principles and 5S methodology.

• Proficiency in asset management systems and tooling control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations align with health and safety legislation.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and standard operating procedures.
• Champion the 5S methodology to promote an efficient workplace.
• Oversee tooling requirements and ensure their availability and maintenance.
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register tracking equipment lifecycle.
