• Maintain operational documentation including permits, hotel bookings, and crew transport.
• Create and manage flight folders for each trip.
• Keep databases of service providers and clearance agencies updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage international flight services, ensuring all operational tasks are accurately executed and updated.
• Liaise with departure and arrival facilities to coordinate ground handling and flight support.
• Manage customs requirements for both domestic and international operations.
• Track active flights and provide timely updates to destination airports and stakeholders.
• Prepare and transmit flight plans, weather briefings, and alternative routing options.
• Maintain operational documentation including permits, hotel bookings, crew transport, and ground arrangements.
• Create and manage flight folders for each trip, ensuring all logistical components are in place.
• Keep databases of service providers, fuel vendors, and clearance agencies up to date.
