Operations Office Junior

We're supporting a manufacturing client to recruit an entry-level Operations Administrator to join their Supply Chain/Operations team.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this is a developmental role offering exposure to planning, procurement, logistics, and operations administration. You'll support day‑to‑day activities that enable the smooth flow of materials into and out of the business, working closely with Planning, Supply, and Import/Export teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production planning activities to meet customer demand
  • Assist with material availability and procurement to support manufacturing plans
  • Raise and progress purchase orders and MROs, providing updates as required
  • Purchase indirect materials to support operational activity
