A global financial services company in Greater London is looking for an Operations Client Support Specialist. The role requires managing margin calls, processing payments, and maintaining relationships with internal customers while ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in regulated environments and good knowledge of F&O listed derivatives.

The Operations Client Support department sits within the operations function, providing direct support to clients, front office and control & support areas within the organisation on a global basis.
This role exists to provide a single point of escalation for all client and internal sales desk margin queries, ensuring all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
This role includes, but is not limited to, overall margin call management and driving system/process improvements.
