Job Description: A leading financial services organisation, focused in the trust, corporate services and legal space in Gibraltar is looking to add an experienced Operations Manager. The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership and take operational oversight of their four key services lines.

It's a fascinating role where the successful candidate will enjoy real autonomy, and be tasked with helping the business continue to grow and modernize to suit the ever-changing professional and regulatory landscape.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and inspire teams across operations, administration, and client service.
  • Champion continuous improvement, embedding a culture of adaptability and high performance.
  • Balance efficiency with compliance, making sure processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Maximise client satisfaction, delivering proactive service that adds measurable value.
  • Shape operational strategy, ensuring people, processes, and technology work in harmony to meet demand.
  • Drive commercial outcomes, identifying opportunities to optimise revenue while maintaining strong governance.

What do you need to have to be considered?

  • 5+ years of relevant operation experience.
  • Financial Services experience is essential and the firm is ideally looking for those with prior Trust & Corporate Services experience.
  • Commercially and operationally focused with comfort dealing directly with clients & external stakeholders.
  • Experience in areas such as risk management, compliance, operational & corporate strategy, process management & improvement and change management.
  • The role requires applicants to be based in Gibraltar.
