DUTIES
  • Driving Operational Excellence: Delivering consistent, high‑quality service across all managed contracts
  • Leading High‑Performing Teams: Inspiring supervisors, coordinators and drivers to achieve outstanding results
  • Owning Client Relationships: Acting as the trusted point of contact for all operational communication
  • Optimising Workforce Planning: Ensuring the right staffing mix through proactive scheduling and absence management
  • Championing Compliance: Conducting site inspections, audits and safety checks to maintain regulatory standards
  • Producing Insightful Reports: Creating clear operational updates, incident summaries and performance reviews
  • Managing Fleet Operations: Overseeing vehicle allocation, maintenance cycles and fuel management
  • Elevating Skills & Standards: Delivering robust training, induction and development programmes
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Implementing initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensuring logs, audits, documents and incident reports are always up to date
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • Proven experience of managing complex service or operations contracts
  • Experience with scheduling, workforce planning and service coordination
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • A background in compliance, safety audits and operational standards
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems

DESIRABLE

  • Experience with induction and training programme delivery
  • Knowledge of road risk management and vehicle compliance
  • Familiarity with managing contracts within a high‑profile corporate environment
