Operations Manager – Residential Childcare

As an Operations Manager you will inspire, motivate and energise your remote team to deliver an outstanding learning experience to every learner, every time. You will use data, Power BI reporting and clear forecasting to drive operational excellence, exceed growth targets and ensure smooth daily operations, keeping the learner journey at the heart of everything you do.
