This role requires excellent organizational skills and a focus on compliance and safety, as well as strong interpersonal abilities to maintain customer relationships. Candidates must have a valid UK driver’s license, be over 25, and meet vetting requirements. Full training and benefits such as a company van, pension scheme, and 28 days of holiday are offered.
Join the team at Northern Security, a leading provider of comprehensive security services across the North of England, with offices in Carlisle and Middlesbrough. We offer a wide range of services, including Alarm Response & Keyholding, and proudly operate across diverse sectors such as Nuclear, Education & Healthcare, and both the Public and Private sectors.
With a dedicated workforce of over 200 security professionals, we're committed to delivering safety and peace of mind to our clients. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team and help us maintain our high standards of service delivery.
A central pillar of this role is Team Leadership & Development, where you'll directly train, supervise, and nurture the growth of the mobile security officers, conducting regular appraisals to support their professional journeys. This people-focused work is tightly coupled with Operational Efficiency, as you'll be responsible for the complex logistics of creating and maintaining seamless rota patterns and mobile schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation across all sites. Furthermore, you will act as the primary point of contact for external partners, engaging in Client Relationship Management through regular site visits to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Underlying all these activities is a commitment to Compliance & Safety, achieved by compiling meticulous assignment instructions and health and safety risk assessments, alongside a dedication to Data-Driven Improvement by proactively analysing mobile data reports to identify and implement strategic enhancements to service delivery.
We aim to create a working environment in which all individuals are able to make best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment and in which all decisions are based on merit.
