Are you a results-driven leader who thrives on turning production targets into success stories? Are you looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of our Manufacturing and Engineering operations driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement across the business.

What Youll Do
  • Lead and inspire your team to hit production goals, improve processes, and deliver top-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Champion health, safety, and hygiene standards making sure best practice is the norm.
  • Collaborate across departments from Quality to Customer Service to keep operations smooth and efficient.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives that make a real impact.
  • Deliver exceptional service levels with OTIF of 98%+ and produce detailed monthly performance reports.

  • Proven success in a manufacturing leadership role, hitting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of modern manufacturing techniques (experience with injection moulding a bonus!).
  • A passion for change, improvement, and people development.
