Overview

Here's a chance to step into a key leadership position and shape the future of operations, building your career to the director level. Take charge of major mechanical projects across the UK, managing everything from quotation to delivery. There's travel involved, with site visits and hands‑on problem‑solving when things don't go to plan. You’ll lead engineers and technicians, mentoring them and sharing your knowledge while keeping an eye on operations that need your expertise.

Working closely with the MD, your input will help shape the future of the business and your career. As the current MD moves towards retirement, you’ll step up into the next big leadership position, becoming a director.
