Role Overview

As an Operations Manager you'll provide overall leadership for the Field Managers, Project Managers, and Testers including EH&S. Manage teams in efficient and safe resource allocation, Mod Execution and deliver Customer Experience.

Daily Responsibilities

• Engage, coach and mentor the team of managers, connecting with them to ensure KPIs are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field.
• Mentor field managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a field‑based mechanics/engineers.
• Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do.
• Support with P&L management, able to direct your team to ensure maximum revenue.
