About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to lead Learning Disabilities services across South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and compassionate leader who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. You'll oversee a portfolio of supported living and residential services, ensuring outstanding care delivery, compliance with CQC standards, and the effective management and development of staff teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop Service Managers and their teams to provide exceptional support to people with learning disabilities
  • Ensure all services operate in line with CQC requirements, company policies, and best practice standards
  • Manage budgets, performance targets, and service quality
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
  • Build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, commissioners, and external stakeholders
  • Lead on recruitment, training, and development to maintain high-performing teams
About You
  • Proven experience managing multiple Learning Disability or Supported Living services
