The Operations Manager will spearhead the operational management of this exciting venue, ensuring that both staff and guests enjoy an unforgettable experience at our picturesque location in Kea. This leadership role requires a commitment to quality service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring a high level of service in every department.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff to uphold our service standards and provide personalized experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Respond to guest feedback promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the pre-opening team to establish operational processes and set the venue for success.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel operations management or similar role.
