• Experience of managing a Manufacturing / Co Pack Operation.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Experience with packaging machinery.
• Experience of customer, BRC and AIB audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate improvements in Health and Safety and Operational Performance.
• Liaise with factory functions to resolve operational issues.
• Support management team in implementing standardised systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Mentor future leaders within the team.
