Job Description: A permanent Operations Manager post has become available for a reputable, luxury nursing home provider for older people. The Operations Manager will oversee homes across Suffolk and Norfolk, ensuring the highest possible care standards and financial performance as per budget assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safe, effective delivery and performance of residential and nursing services across a specified geographical region.
• Oversee homes across Suffolk and Norfolk.
• Line manage a number of Registered Home Managers and work with the Regional Operations Manager to contribute to strategic leadership and direction of nursing and care across the group.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
• Identify training needs for managers, provide ongoing support and mentoring to senior staff to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Hold NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
• Proven experience in care home operations.
• Reporting to Regional Operations Manager.
