We are recruiting for a full-time Operations Manager to oversee operational and service delivery at the Old Dunstonian’s Langley Park Sports Ground and support wider group activities.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Activity, the role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, overseeing facilities and events, maintaining financial processes, and delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should have experience in leisure or hospitality settings, facilities management, staff leadership, and use of booking systems, alongside strong organisational and communication skills.
