I am on the hunt for a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end operations while they manage the move to a larger unit. Will be in charge of managing the Logistics of the move, as well as training new Shift Managers and overseeing smooth transition throughout the period.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations management within the FMCG sector (or related field).
• Proven success in supply chain, production, and logistics management.
• 5 days a week on site; must live within commutable distance to Deeside.
• The position is a 6 month contract minimum, with this to be reviewed after initial 3 months, with potential to go permanent.
• Weekly pay every Friday with day rates of £175-£200 per day.
• Interviews for this Contract role taking place this week.
