This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives on change and continuous improvement. Here are just some of the activities you will be involved with…

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies, processes, and procedures to improve commercial and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and inspire teams to uphold the highest standards of health, safety, environment & quality.
  • Drive a "right first time" culture to minimise customer complaints.
  • Proactively plan and manage future works and programmes, ensuring optimal use of labour, plant, and resources.
  • Promote best practices across teams and encourage continuous improvement.

Are you a dynamic and inspiring leader with a passion for performance management?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive efficiency and excellence? You are a strong, confident leader with exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage challenges and drive continuous improvement. A background in the utilities and water sector is essential, along with IOSH and NRSWA qualifications. You should have experience leading teams and implementing operational improvements. Strong computer literacy is also required, as well as a full UK driving licence. Ideally, you will hold an ILM Level 3 qualification (or higher), though this is preferred rather than essential.
