Job Title- Operations Manager

Location- Doncaster

Salary-£60,000-£70,000

Are you an operations manager that excels in team organisation and customer communications? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge with an up and coming organisation in its sector?

We are working with a family owned company that supplies blind and curtain systems for new build and refurbishments across the UK. They are looking for an operations manager who is able to understand projects scopes and effectively manage a team to deliver said projects

As Operations Manager you will;

• Lead a small team that cover procurement, design, production and site surveys
• Communicate with customer to ensure they are informed throughout the install process
• Deal with contractual issues and changes to project scope
• Manage workload and tasks of the project and site team
• Maximise profits through effective project planning and delivery
• Assist in improvements for work-flow processes and system operations

As an Operations Manager, it is required that you;

• Are experienced in managing a team for fit-out projects
• Have knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
• Have a clean driving licence
• Are able to effectively manage tasks and delegate when necessary

As an Operations Manager you will receive;

• £60,000-£70,000 salary based on experience
• Car allowance or company vehicle and other travel expenses as required
• Annual bonus
