Role: The Operations Manager oversees, facilitates and helps to shape the efficient day to day working of Christ Church, its IT and administrative services, working closely with the Minister, Churchwardens, Leadership Team, staff and volunteers.

Christ Church is a thriving Anglican Church with an Ecumenical Welcome set in the heart of the Creekmoor Estate in Poole. This results in our all-age congregation being drawn from many different backgrounds. Our desire to reach out to and serve our community recently led to the floor space of our building being doubled in size to add a Community Hub with a daily Community Café at its heart.
