Job summary

A logistics company in Leeds is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and motivate a team, oversee warehouse activities, and implement process improvements. Ideal candidates will have experience in people management and familiarity with WMS, preferably within a 3PL, FMCG, or Retail environment. This role offers a competitive salary and a Monday to Friday PM shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager or Operations Manager required.
• Experience in a 3PL, FMCG, or Retail environment is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet company standards.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Build strong working relationships with customers.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and quality policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage shift handovers and communicate effectively with other managers.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager looking for progression for a rapidly growing brand? My client is a well known 3PL brand going through a significant level of growth due to new contract wins.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Supervisor and Warehouse Operatives.
