The Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee Production, Engineering, and Warehousing. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing delivery of blue-chip objectives through coaching and challenging to develop relevant teams to achieve goals.
  • Directing production activities to achieve on-time delivery and contribute positively to margins through optimized material and labor use.
  • Leading improvement teams to resolve challenges and facilitate cooperation and teamwork across functions.
  • Participating in troubleshooting and analysis to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions.
  • Analyzing product line performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Partnering and sharing knowledge across the business, sector, and company.
  • Interfacing with key customer teams to deploy necessary activities.
  • Promoting a motivated workforce culture conducive to teamwork.
  • Teaching, coaching, and encouraging continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
  • Supporting training and development initiatives.
  • Analyzing workflows to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
