Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a prestigious historic venue in central London.

This senior, hands-on role covers venue operations, facilities, events, compliance and commercial performance, with responsibility for delivering exceptional experiences while maximising revenue.

You will manage budgets, supervise contractors and partners, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to grow event revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in venue, hospitality, catering or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Event operations and customer service experience.
• Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive revenue.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and facilities management.
• Highly organised, confident and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
