Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow the remediation division in London. The successful candidate will have proven experience in remediation, a strong background in management, and a track record of enhancing business while building client relationships. This key strategic position requires someone who is commercially astute and has the ability to drive profitability and manage diverse teams effectively. A competitive salary of £85,000 – £110,000 plus package is offered.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in remediation (brownfield, contaminated land, enabling works, demolition, ground remediation, etc.).
  • Strong background as an Operations Manager or Senior Contracts Manager.
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing a work pipeline.
  • Commercially astute with strong leadership skills.
  • London-based with flexibility to travel as required.
