We are looking for a talented and ambitious Operations Manager / Head of Operations to join a rapidly growing business with a first‑rate reputation in their sector. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Site Senior Leadership Team.

Key Role Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day Operation of a busy Distribution Centre.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflow, inventory, and efficiency through the development and implementation of effective strategies.
  • Analyse and report on KPIs.
  • Monitor and maintain fulfilment performance metrics.
  • Set and communicate business expectations through weekly team meetings. Taking a lead role in hiring, developing, and managing staff (including performance management, disciplinaries, and one-on-one meetings).
