Operations Manager – £33,000 + Commission – Godstone, Surrey

As the Operations Manager, you will learn and share responsibility for running the Rebound Therapy office alongside our Resources Director. You will support the smooth delivery of our training courses and help ensure everything behind the scenes operates to a high standard. Reporting to the CEO and Financial Director, you will play a key part in our continued growth.

This full‑time role begins in April 2026 and will be based at our new office which will be situated between Caterham and East Grinstead.
