We are seeking an Operations Manager (Late Shift) for a family-driven food processor that combines deep industry heritage with forward-looking investment in innovation and people.

This is a factory-based role. You will be working a late shift pattern: 13.30 - 22.30, Tuesday to Friday and 08.00 - 18.00 on a Saturday.

As the Operations Manager you will:
  • Lead and inspire the late shift across production, quality, planning, and distribution.
  • Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and build a performance-oriented culture.
  • Deliver against critical KPIs like yield, waste, labour efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, traceability, and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the senior team to align operations with business strategy.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate your leaders and front-line teams to perform at their best.
We are looking for an Operations Manager with:
  • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
