• Have strong operational background of logistics and warehousing, operational or new start up experience desirable
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
• Analytical, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reporting and building relationships with Senior leadership and stakeholders
