We are now looking for an Operations Manager to join our thriving FMCG business in Hayes or Greenford, Greater London. This role will lead the way in delivering outstanding factory operations and drive performance in a collaborative environment.

Overview

As Operations Manager you will manage end-to-end factory operations, from shift planning and goods intake to high/low risk production processing, storage, order picking, and despatch. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, quality standards, continuous improvement, compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Benefits & Conditions

Full‑time role. Hours Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm and 12 noon to 10pm, 10hr shift per day. Salary up to £45k to £47k per annum depending on direct relevant experience. Depot based: Greenford UB6 or Hayes UB4, Middlesex.
