As an Operations Manager you will lead, coach, motivate and performance manage one of our Operations teams to deliver outstanding Client Service. By becoming a role model of HL's values to your you will drive positive change and outcomes whilst keeping our clients at the heart of everything you do. This is a fantastic role for you to bring your people management skills into a FTSE 100 business, where you will have exposure to different projects and the opportunity to use your own experience and knowledge to make a positive impact.
This will be a one stage interview process which will entail competency based questions, a presentation and role play.
We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and the office (3 days in office).
