A forward-thinking secondary academy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. The role involves managing Health & Safety, Data Protection, and liaising with the Academy's partners. This is an exciting on-site opportunity for a committed and skilled Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the Academy. You will manage areas including Health & Safety, Data Protection, and act as the key interface between the Academy and its PFI Partners (Bristol City Council and BAM). You will also liaise with the national Oasis services across IT, Finance, People, Property & Estates, and Marketing & Communications.
Your leadership will directly support the delivery of high-quality education by ensuring that our operational functions run smoothly, safely, and in line with all statutory and organisational standards.

Full Time / All Year Round (37 hours per week)
34 days (26 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays)
This role requires fluency in spoken English. You must be able to communicate effectively and confidently, including in extended conversations and responses to queries.
