Knightsbridge specialises in advising entrepreneurs, business owners and shareholders seeking to sell their businesses and assets. We work across all industry sectors and operate nationally from our Group Head Office in Bolton. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the well‑established deal execution team to ensure they are achieving targets and projected growth budgets.
  • Work alongside the Operations Directors and senior members of the team to establish strategies to help us sell even more businesses.
  • Recruiting, training and supporting staff as well as conducting regular performance appraisals and both monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Overseeing daily operations and setting performance objectives for all team members, including managing workload and allocation.
  • Analysis of reports, identifying KPIs for development and managing the improvement of these KPIs as a result.
  • Ensuring the team's knowledge and training is up to date, working closely with the internal training team to support any areas identified for further development.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual presentations, analysis and reports of operations.
  • Ensuring that our operational excellent and standards are leading to positive Trustpilot and Google reviews.
  • Work as a conduit between the Employees and Senior Management, sharing insights that may help shape the future direction of the business.
  • Supporting the Team in terms of any Client issues / escalations.
Requirements
  • Strong people manager, with the ability effectively lead and manage a team
  • The ideal applicant will have operations management experience and the ability to implement efficient operational processes
