What You Will Do
  • Lead IT Logistics Operations to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, break/fix, inventory, and e‑waste
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships
  • Monitor systems and work queues
  • Share best practices and manage team performance
  • Handle hiring, training, development, and scheduling
  • Implement safety protocols and manage client SLAs
  • Attend client meetings and report performance data
  • Supervise service areas and guide service leads
  • Support additional projects as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years in IT Logistics management
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and international service management
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, ServiceNow, Jira, Tableau
  • Preferred: Vendor management experience, relevant degree, Lean Six Sigma or project management certifications
