A leading wellness company in Greater London is seeking an Operations Lead to enhance store efficiency and profitability. The Operations Lead will inspire the team while overseeing inventory management, operational execution, and employee development. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in a client-oriented sales environment. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of £16-£18, depending on experience, and requires flexibility in scheduling, especially during the holiday season.

The Operations Lead is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.
Hourly Rate - £16‑£18 per hour, depending on experience
The Operations Lead role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts , which may be subject to change. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of and including “Black Friday” until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.
