Fleet Operations Coordinator

Location: Victoria London | Hours: 9-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Fleet Operations Coordinator to join Zipcar’s Operations Team. You’ll make sure our members always find clean, roadworthy cars in the right place at the right time. This fast-paced role involves managing vehicle zones, assigning tasks to Fleet Associates, coordinating repairs, and minimizing downtime and costs. You’ll work closely with other teams and occasionally head into the field to support Fleet Associates and maintenance staff.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee vehicles in your zone to ensure top condition and availability
  • Manage job queues and assign tasks for quick issue resolution
  • Liaise with garages, suppliers, and third parties to keep cars on the road
  • Track repair costs, spot damage trends, and act to reduce future issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Member Services and Risk
About You:
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and in a team
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to improve processes
  • Passion for cars and vehicle maintenance
  • Knowledge of London’s geography or fleet operations
