A prominent nature conservation organization is seeking an Operations & Facilities Supervisor to lead the management of its holiday accommodation and visitor attraction in Brighton. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of site functionality, and providing excellent customer care. Candidates should have experience in property maintenance and managing a self-catering accommodation, along with strong staff management skills. The position offers competitive benefits including 33 days annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.
Caerlaverock is a stunning nature reserve situated on the north Solway coast. We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Operations & Facilities Supervisor to join our small team.
You will supervise the smooth and efficient operation of the WWT Caerlaverock operations including a self-catering holiday accommodation operation, visitor attraction buildings and an admissions process.
This post will suit someone with skills in managing all aspects of a self-catering accommodation operations, building maintenance, contract management and operational aspects of a visitor attraction who would also be inspired by working on one of the best nature reserves in Scotland.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours, 5 days from 7, including weekend and bank holiday working.
