You’ll work closely with researchers and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly, while having the opportunity to get involved in the research process if desired.

The role sits within a small, dynamic team, offering real ownership, flexibility, and variety day-to-day.

About the Role

The team is seeking a Project Management / Operations Executive to support ongoing research delivery and operational excellence.

Ops-focused – managing project logistics, suppliers, and costings, You’ll play a key role in coordinating internal teams, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless execution across projects.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating fieldwork suppliers, managing timelines, and tracking costs
  • Ensuring smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders – clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Supporting researchers with project set-up
  • Managing budgets and ensuring projects stay within (or under) financial scope
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and data integrity

For those interested, there’s scope to gain hands-on research experience, including supporting qualitative and quantitative fieldwork and analysis.
