The position is well suited to someone with experience in marketing operations, content administration, or project coordination who enjoys working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage defined operational tasks, support cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure the efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform first-line quality assurance checks prior to publishing, identifying and escalating any issues where required.
  • Maintain metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions to ensure digital assets remain organised, searchable, and easy to manage.
  • Manage and respond to routine platform enquiries, resolving straightforward requests while escalating more complex issues appropriately.
  • Coordinate publishing schedules and monitor outstanding content submissions from internal teams and external partners.

  • Provide coordination support across marketing operations and transformation projects, including scheduling activities, tracking actions, and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation, escalating risks or issues where appropriate.
  • Coordinate the logistics for workshops, meetings, and project reviews, including scheduling, preparing materials, and recording actions.
Stakeholder Support

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships through responsive, professional communication.
  • Support user onboarding and training by coordinating sessions, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-up activities.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate operational records to support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Keep process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures up to date.
  • Assist with testing new platform features and enhancements, documenting findings and supporting implementation activities.
