Job description
Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely collection and processing of specified client onboarding requests (including account and program creation, fee structure maintenance and user set up as necessary) via Program Modeler (BHN Platform)
  • Predominantly working in Program Modeler and using approved websites to gather missing detail (for example Companies House and Google Maps)
  • Quality checking of data inputs
  • Professional and efficient query management (via email and query log) within agreed SLA's
  • Administration Support for Transactional Team Account Managers
  • Adherence to BHN Data Security processes in line with GDPR regulations
  • Accurate processing and set-up of client scheme(s) data to support invoicing purposes
  • Liaising with internal departments e.g. Account Management / Service Delivery as required
Principal Working Relationships

Clients

Non-direct as you will be working with Account Managers to support their portfolio of clients, however you may be required to send a generic email with attachments (template provided) to clients to confirm that set up is complete and that they need to complete some steps themselves before ordering.
